We had expected to be harvesting in February but the hot dry conditions has limited the bee food supply & hence the quantity of honey.

The Spring honey harvest has happened. Our quantity was down, but the flavour was more intense. We believe this was a function of the dry weather in the area & the reduction of food for the bees.
